Liquid lipsticks are meant to go on like a gloss and dry like a lipstick. I would have to say that this product does as it says. It comes on super liquid-y and thin then almost immediately dries to a powdery matte finish.
The sponge-tip applicator is nice, nothing special to say about that one. One problem I have with this is that the packaging isn't designed too well. Sometimes when I screw it shut, a little bit of the product comes out on the sides. Bummer.
But I love this color so much that I don't even care! It's gorgeous! I've been using it every single day ever since I got it, and I love that it literally lasts all day long and I don't have to reapply it. Lolita is definitely going to be a long-time favorite.
